The Freshest Fish in Sligo
Every morning, while Sligo sleeps, fresh fish is being landed at Killybegs harbour. By the time you're having your first cup of tea, that fish is on ice and heading south to Cartron.
The Fish Man brings Donegal's finest catch to your door. We set up at the Cartron Retail Car Park, beside Centra, four days a week. No middlemen, no warehouses, no sitting in cold storage. Just honest, fresh fish from the Atlantic.
We'll fillet it to order right at the stall. Tell us what you're cooking and we'll sort you out. And if you'd rather not queue, text us your order and we'll have it bagged and ready.
